Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unassembled and in their original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Large & Freight Items

Oversized items such as pergolas, raised garden beds, and outdoor furniture must be returned via freight carrier. Return freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Live Plants

Due to the nature of live plants, we only accept returns or exchanges for plants that arrive dead or severely damaged (DOA). Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photo documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been assembled or installed
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
